how it works

You can order meals by pre-ordering for an upcoming week or through a la carte orders for a current week.

PRE-ORDERS:

  • Each week you can choose from the weekly Featured Meals + the Main Menu for the upcoming week.

  • Featured Meals are the specials for that upcoming week + are available for pre-order at a special price.

  • All meals include an entree, a side dish + a salad unless otherwise noted.

  • Meals serve a family of 4 to 6 people.

  • When noted, gluten-free substitutes are offered at check out for an additional fee.

  • All pre-orders must be made no later 1:00 pm the Sunday before for the upcoming week to lock in pre-order pricing (unless otherwise noted on the Menu page to accommodate holiday weeks).

"RUSH" A LA CARTE ORDERS:

  • If you missed the pre-order deadline + would still like to order a meal, we offer A La Carte orders.

  • A La Carte orders must be placed with a minimum of 24 hours notice + are subject to availability.

  • Meals can be chosen from the same options on the Featured Meals + the Main Menu, but will incur a rush charge.

 

PRICING:

  • FEATURED MEALS are $135.00 each (average of $27 per person).*

  • MAIN MENU MEALS are $150.00 each (average of $30 per person).*

  • "LAST MINUTE" A LA CARTE MEALS are $165.00 each (average of $33 per person).

*Pre--order pricing expires at 1:00 pm on the Saturday prior to the upcoming delivery week.

DELIVERY:

  • Delivery charge is $10.00 for pre-orders + $15.00 for "last minute" a la carte orders.

  • Delivery fee is based within a 20 mile radius of downtown Austin. For deliveries outside of this area, an additional delivery charge may apply.

  • Delivery days are Monday through Thursdays. Exceptions can be made but are subject to availability.

TERMS + CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • In the instance that a quoted item is unavailable, you will be alerted with a proposed replacement.

  • Pre-ordered Meal Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a pre-ordered meal with 2 (two) days notice before the next scheduled delivery. You will be issued a store credit for the missed meal.

  • "Last Minute" A La Carte Meals Cancellation Policy: While we try to work with clients in the event of unfortunate circumstances, we cannot guarantee full store credit for cancellations made with less than 2 (two) days notice, but can offer partial credit where possible.
